Pre-House Shopping:
- Let’s Meet: An initial meeting to walk through your ideal home and timeline is always the first step!
- Talk Numbers: Getting pre-approved for a mortgage or discussing purchasing cash will ensure once we find your dream home we can move forward.
- Working Together: Signing the buyer-broker agreement will protect both parties while working together!\
Home Shopping
- Start searching with your criteria with my access to the local multiple listing service (MLS).
- Start scheduling private showings and attend open houses together.
- Choose the one that fits your criteria the best!
Under Contract Process:
- Write an offer and negotiate the best terms for you.
- Guide you through the inspection process, Allied Resources for repairs if needed
- Provide paperwork needed for closing and requested by the Attorney/Title company
- Provide insurance references if needed.
- Meet Appraisers – Negotiate any issues
Final walk-through
Closing Process:
- Review the Closing Statement to confirm all is correct before signing
- Help coordinate your move to your next house – moving company, moving boxes, etc.
- Closing Day!
