- Pre-Listing:
- Let’s Meet: An initial meeting to walk through the home and see how I can best serve you is always the first step!
- Talk Numbers: Sitting down to explain what is happening in our local real estate market and present you with an equity analysis of your home will help ensure we are moving in the right direction!
- Working Together: Signing the listing agreement, seller’s disclosure, and proper broker’s disclosures will ensure we are both protected while working together.
- Lights, Camera, Action: We will prepare your property For Sale. Getting professional photography and staging will ensure your property gets the most attention.
- For Sale: Establish a competitive offering price.
- Listing Process:
- Officially list your property in the Multiple Listing Service.
- Start showing your house and hold an Open House.
- When a showing appointment is made, I call the Showing Agent and tell them your best home features/community and always follow up after.
- Showing for feedback to you, the seller!
- Prospect daily to find a Buyer for your house – calling local agents who sell in the area and other agents outside our area who have buyers who move to our area
- Under Contract Process:
- When an offer is received, Negotiate the highest sales price and best terms
- Guide you through the inspection process, Allied Resources for repairs if needed
- Provide paperwork needed for closing and requested by the Attorney/Title company
- Meet Appraisers – Negotiate any issues
- Final walk-through
- Closing Process:
- Review the Closing Statement to confirm all is correct before signing
- Help coordinate your move to your next house – moving company, moving boxes, etc.
- Answer any questions you have as we move through the selling process of our house and bring you across the finish line for a Closed Sale!
